Add a new Website into WordPress Multisite

My Sites > Network Admin > Sites > Add New 

Here 4 fileds are required

1. Site Address (URL) *
   Just enter the site name here
   Only lowercase letters (a-z), numbers, and hyphens are allowed.
   The actual real url will be set in a later step.
2. Site Title *
3. Site Language
4. Admin Email *

A new user will be created if the above email address is not in the database.
The username and a link to set the password will be mailed to this email address.
